Submitted by John Gross on 5 March 2009 - 8:41am.Sometimes waiting for perfect conditions is not the answer. These guys enjoyed a stellar day steelhead fishing on Elk River under less than favorable water conditions.
WINTER STEELHEAD
Submitted by John Gross on 2 March 2009 - 12:53pm.Good steelheading was available on the lower ends of numerous coastal rivers and streams just prior to recent rains. As rivers drop subsequent to those rains, there should be some new arrivals, and there should be fish spread throughout the systems. TIME TO GO FISHING!
