Heavy Winter Snows Mean Great Summer Flows

Lots of cool water in summer means more fish to the net [0]

Local anglers are excited about an excellent snowpack resulting from heavy recent snows which should bode well for our up-coming spring and summer salmon and steelhead fishing on the McKenzie River located near Eugene Oregon.  Consistently good river levels and the resulting cooler water temperatures tend to put the fish in a much more aggressive posture when it comes to "the bite."  More biters, mean more fish to the net.
