Fishing Report for June 17- June 23 We ran 5 trips this week, 1 Upper McKenzie trout trip and 4 McKenzie salmon trips.  We enjoyed fantastic weather and good fishing each day.  All the trout we caught were planters including several "fatties" approaching 2 lbs.  Though very scattered, they were indeed receptive to the fly.  Despite one of the lowest returns on record, we manged to find Springers on all the Salmon trips.  On the full-day trips, we went 4 for 5 the first day, 3 for 5 and then again 3 for 5.  The result on the half-day salmon trip was 1 for 2.
